Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman, an IHG Hotel

Loved being on the ground floor with access to the inner courtyard and being able to view the beautiful landscape as well as the bay. The patio was a bonus. I felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. staff were friendly. A second bonus was the complimentary shuttle:Tiveta and Damian were ever pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated their recommendations about different sites, restaurants and shopping. Overall, I was pleased with my accommodations and will definitely stay here again.

I liked the atmosphere, but there wasn't any form of first aid kit or anything, also there wasn't any beach towels inside there, I am have been into tourism for years, I also have a cleaning company, I have ladies that clean hotels and condos, we go all out to make guests happy, I was surprised to find out that a an establishment as holiday Inn didn't have certain facilities.

Everyone who work there has a smile on their face and does a great job, especially Victoria upfront. Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, exceptionally well, manicured, grounds, and other little amenities like peace and quiet that you don’t get on 7 mile beach.
